They taste better than they look. To make them a little “meatier” I added an egg and some protein powder and they were fluffy and delicious. I also subbed some of the stevia with one tbsp of honey.

Loved them! Easy to make, first time I used buckwheat flour, the batter consistency was a bit strange (compared to regular wheat flour) but once cooked, the pancakes were fluffy and nutty... Thanks for the recipe!
