Not bad but not great. This sandwich has potential. It's refreshing in its simplicity and fresh taste. Its lack of spices leaves it a little bland. If you have kids like I do I would suggest that you peel the cucumber before slicing and serve it as an open face sandwich. My kids were having issues eating it due to the width of the sandwich.

loved it! followed the recipe to the tee. takes no time at all and is absolitely delicious. Can consider adding some sliced green capsicum or blanched spinach.
