I have made these several times and have tried other fruits and they are Delicious

I love these muffins. I have added dates, or raspberries for a change. I also tried substituting pumpkin for bananas, but think I need to add just a bit more oil.

These muffins are so simple and quick to make! I substituted the oil for unsweetened applesauce. I also baked for 22 minutes stead of 30. The first time I made them I found 30 minutes was too long. They are moist, healthy and delicious!
