- 1 Tbsp. flour (I use Oat Flour -- ground up oats)
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. greek yogurt (flavor of choice)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. nut butter (I used Cashew but PB would work too!)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (each:, and Baking Powder)
- 1 dash sea salt
- blueberries (as desired, I just threw in a handful!)

It tastes amazing, but isn’t pretty. I think I had too many berries? I cooked it extra but it was still a bit moist. Really good though!

So good!! I loved this recipe! I microwaved it for a total of 2 minutes so that it cooked all the way through!!

I’ll start off by saying that this isn’t the most fair review because I didn’t have any eggs so I used apple sauce because I know it’s a good substitute. However, it did turn out pretty well. The flavor was nice and had a bit of a doughy texture. I had to cook it for more like a minute and a half to two minutes.

Perfect! Great for breakfast and definitely won’t feel guilty eating two of these for my afternoon tea😋
