Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 1 cup blueberries
- honey (just however much sweetness you prefer)
- spinach leaves (a couple)
- non fat greek yogurt
- almond milk (and some, if you want it thick add more)

- add blueberries first and your honey
- then put in your yogurt
- then you can either chop spinach or not your choice
- then add almond milk
- then blend it on up
