They turned out great! I added scoup of whey protein and skipped vanila extract and honey and they are perfect.

Instead of vanilla yogurt and honey I used a plain yogurt and a spoon of vanilla flavored protein powder. Tasted quite good for more healthy waffle option. Will try next time to add also one more egg.

I have been trying to make a healthy waffle in months. Here in brazil waffles are not common at all. So it is very hard to find batter ready to go. We must know how to make them. This is the best I have ever tried. My wide is beyond happy. Thanks a lot!
