when I made this it did not turn out dry like the other reviews said, it was really wet instead. Thought that maybe it will harden when cooled, but it turned soggy and bad tasting. Only the strawberries and blueberries on it tasted good but we tossed the rest cause the texture was horrible even though the oats were cooked. Looks much more beautiful than it tastes.

The fact that both of my teenage girls liked it speaks volumes! It was just a tad dry, however I only had one banana so I think that played a part in it. Will most definitely make this again.

I liked the recipe, but I assumed that it was a larger portion. I made this Healthy Berry Baked Oatmeal without the berries and with coconut instead, and personally, I think that a bowl of oatmeal with the same ingredients would actually taste better. I’m glad I tried it because it is a lot healthier and tastes better than many brands of granola bars, so I plan on making it again with chocolate chips and packing the slices up as snacks.
