Made with coconut milk, and whole wheat flour, and ate with grapes and fat and sugar free vanilla yoghurt. Lovely and fluffy!

I had to put a bit more flour in the mix as it was a bit runny still and the pancakes don’t turn out really fluffy. After that little tweak, they were perfect. Also I always add a bit of cinnamon and vanilla just to spice things up a bit :)

really good... bananas add perfect hint of sweetness. i added vanilla extract and ate them with a little honey! delicious!!

Delicious even without the syrup and I'm not big on bananas. I used vanilla soy milk. This was a family hit. Thank you.

Made this and they were really good. I wasnt expecting much as the last banana ones I made were disappointing however. these ones restored my faith. As per reviews I added vanilla and cinnamon. will be making these again. thanks for the great recipe.

I loved the recipe. I used wheat flour instead of white flour. I also added vanilla flavor and cinnamon to my mix.

Good overall especially given the fact that I am allergic to dairy. I've been looking for an alternative fluffy pancake using almond milk. These were good. Cooked up beautifully golden and fluffy
