- 2 large eggs (beaten with a fork)
- 2 Tbsp. Earth Balance Buttery Spread (melted, plus more for serving)
- 1 3/4 cups almond milk (unsweetened original)
- 2 bananas (ripe, mashed into a pureed consistency)
- 1/8 tsp. canela
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (microwaved until slightly less thick, I microwaved mine for a little less than 2 minutes)

Yummm! Have hade them twice, added more cinnamon and some nutmeg second time Delicious and very filling! Keeps you full until dinner for sure! 😊
