Description
This is definitely my go to healthy banana bread, it’s a banana bread recipe made with oats. Banana breads are great fresh from the oven but personally I love mine even more the next day after letting it sit in the refrigerator overnight!
Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups oat flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 3 bananas (medium sized ripe, / 1cup mashed)
- 6 dates (soft, pitted and diced)
- 3 whole eggs
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (or ½ cup if you have a sweeter tooth)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (/ Olive oil)
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs (or Raisins, this is optional you can leave them out or use other seeds and nuts)

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 180C / 350F
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a medium bowl and set aside
- Mash 3 ripe Bananas in a large mixing bowl
