    They were so yummy! Perhaps I’ll use a tiny bit less cheese but I think they were over cheesy because I measured wrong. Nevertheless, delicious!

    Great recipe! My picky eater said they were the best chicken nuggets he has ever had, truly delicious!
    My whole family really enjoyed these! I did a couple tweaks. I used almond flour instead of breadcrumbs. I also used salt free seasoning in the mix and in the almond flour and it was delicious!!

    Just tried these last night and was very pleased. I used my blender because I was too lazy to get the food processor out. I had to add a little more water - don't know if it was because of the blender or because I had slightly more than a pound of chicken, but it finally did the job. Perhaps I'll do it in batches next time per Lisa's suggestion below. Thank you so much - I'll be making these often.

    Great! No modifications! Be careful to not overheat your food processor. Cut the chicken in small chunks and blend in batches

    These nuggets are amazing! So flavorful and crispy. Even my picky eater loved them and didn’t use any ketchup. Easy to make and easy to cleanup! I will definitely be making these again and again and again!

    I used a blender to pulse the chicken & didn’t use a broiler, and they still turned out so good!! Made them from my 6 year old brother who is very picky, and he loved them! I definitely recommend this recipe 😊
