    It was ok.. I had tried to reduce the amount of salt but I think a bit more salt and spice(s) would make this recipe better

    I made my own breadcrumbs and they were a hit with the family. The only thing Is they stick and are a little soggy even though I sprayed my baking sheet.

    Pretty quick and easy to make. Turned out really good, made sure to cook them tell they were crispy enough on the outsides. Also added some paprika and chili powder for a little more of a kick.

    They were delicious. Use baking paper instead of spraying the baking sheet with olive oil, work out fine. My daughter love them.

    Really tasty and easy to make, I will definitely cook it again.
    Delicious. Used grated mozzarella instead of Parmesan and was still great. Also super easy dish to make will definitely do it again. Yummy!

    This chicken turned out really good. I have changed my diet and decided to eat a little more healthier and this did the trick. The calories and nutritional information is even on MY FitnessPal for anyone keeping count of their calories.

    I was a little doubtful about using olive oil instead of egg for breading, but it really worked and was so much less mess!
