Great and delicious. Just be careful when slicing the carrots even because otherwise the cook time is different and make some of them burn

Easy to make but not as crispy as I would have liked - probably because the oil prevents them from crisping

Carrots came out a little limp and absolutely dripping oil. They were also extremely salty.
That said, with a few modifications, I would definitely make this recipe again.

Hate this recipe! Took like 3 hours to make and when they came out of the oven they tasted disgusting and some were burnt!!!!!🤒😢😫😡🤢

Delicious!
Just make sure you cut the carrots in thin slices so they can curl.

So far I've only tried this recipe once. I think I will need to try this a couple more times with carrots that aren't so small and skinny. It seems some more width for surface area will be even better. I've given it 4stars because the flavor is good and it's a great alternative for chips addicts like me. No more store bought potato chips for me!!
