- 1/2 vanilla bean pod (or a teaspoon of vanilla extract)
- 1 avocado (ripe, should measure around 1/2 cup)
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 cup xylitol (depending how sweet you like it, If you're not doing the low carb thing or you don't mind the extra calories then feel free to use sugar)
- 50 grams dark chocolate (roughly chopped 60%-85%)
- 50 grams macadamia nuts (roughly chopped, or any nut of your choice, optional)
- 20 grams dark chocolate (roughly chopped, to sprinkle on top, optional)
