- 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning (blend see note 3)
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes in juice (1 can)
- 2 tsp. gumbo file powder (divided, optional, see note 4)
- 1 Tbsp. avocado oil (or more bacon grease)
- 10 oz. okra (1 package,frozen cut, thawed)
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 8 oz. lump crabmeat (drained)
- 1 1/2 lb. uncooked medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
