    This was one of the best dessert bread I've ever made and it's a healthy recipe! It was delicious, moist and so tasty with the right amount of sweetness. Usually other dessert bread feel somewhat heavy after eating but not this one because it's so airy. I strongly recommend drizzling some good honey on a slice and it's heaven on a plate. Quick tip: I cut the apples in little cubes instead of shredding them, it adds a nice soft crunch.
