  • 3 kale leaves (organic, washed, stems removed)
  • 1 piece fresh ginger (about 1″ long, thumb size)
  • 3 pinches ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup (that can vary if you use a commercial nut milk that contains sugar already)
  • 2 cups nut milk (cold, enough to cover, I used my homemade almond milk)
