- 1/2 tsp. stevia extract
- 1/4 tsp. lemon (Flavor)
- 1/4 cup brown rice syrup (or pure maple syrup)
- 60 grams vanilla whey protein powder
- 3 apples (I used Golden Delicious)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
- ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup nonfat milk (Dried, whey protein might work instead)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
