- 8 cups lettuce (choice, chopped, I used Boston)
- 1/2 cup Mexican style cheese (shredded, light, blend of Monterey Jack, Cheddar)
- 1 cup tortilla chips (cracked, : { I used Beanfields Pico De Gallo})
- black olives (optional)
- avocado (optional)
- dressing (Salsa)
- 1/2 cup chunky salsa (I used Tostitos chunky, medium spicy)
- 1/4 cup sour cream (light)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
