- 15 oz. diced fire roasted tomatoes
- 1 tsp. chili powder (Mexican)
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- salt (/pepper to taste)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
