- 1/4 cup buttermilk (may substitute 1/2 cup skim milk and the juice of 1 lemon, combined in a bowl and left for 15 minutes for the lemon to sour the milk)
- 1/8 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 scallion (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. dill (dry ground)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

- Combine the buttermilk, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, scallion, parsley, dill, and garlic powder in a bowl with a fork or whisk.
