- 3/4 cup unsalted almonds
- 3/4 cup walnut halves (raw unsalted, /pieces)
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- 1/4 cup golden berries (dried)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chunks (or quality dark chocolate, chopped into small pieces – I used this one)
- 1/4 toasted unsweetened coconut (dried, this can be done with unsweetened coconut flakes by dry-toasting them in a frying pan for about 4 mins, stirring occasionally)
- 1 cup chickpeas (cooked, patted dry)
- 1 dash chili powder (cayenne, turmeric, ground coriander, cumin and ginger)
- 1/2 tsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 1 cup gluten (free pretzels or pretzel sticks, I used Mary’s Gone Crackers Sea Salt Stick + Twig Pretzels)
- 3/4 cup raw cashews
- 3/4 cup raw pistachios
- 1/2 cup dried mango (chopped, pieces)
