- 2 Tbsp. sugar-free maple syrup (Nature’s Hollow)

- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3 Tbsp. Swerve Sweetener (granular, or sugar)
- 1 egg (large Safest Choice, lightly beaten)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup coconut (unsweetened shredded)
- 1/2 cup walnuts (or hazelnuts, chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup hazelnut butter (homemade)
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup Swerve Sweetener (powdered)
- 20 drops liquid stevia (English Toffee is very good)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 instant coffee (sleeve Starbuck’s Via, pure, no sugar variety)
- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. Swerve Sweetener (powdered)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 20 drops stevia extract
