- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- dried chili flakes
- cumin
- 1 cup papaya (diced)
- 1 mango (medium, diced)
- 1/4 cup red onion (minced)
- 1/2 green bell pepper (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. coriander (finely chopped)

Directions
- Mix the stevia, vinegar, chili flakes (to taste) and a pinch of cumin.
- Add the papaya, mango, onion, bell pepper, and coriander. Mix carefully to avoid crushing the fruit.
