They really didn’t turn out quite like the Hawaiian rolls you buy in the store, so if that’s what you’re going for, choose a different recipe. These rolls are less sweet and not quite as fluffy. They still taste okay, I just prefer a lighter texture. I also like a little more discussion of technique in the recipe itself, especially if you’re a beginner to breads.
