- 1 can spam (cut into ¾" cubes)
- 15 bamboo (skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes)
- fresh pineapple (cut into 1-1½" chunks)
- red onion (sections)
- orange bell pepper (red, yellow, and, cut into 1" pieces)
- 1/4 cup dressing (Tracy's Gourmet Aloha Kick, and Marinade)
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder (your favorite)

- 2 Tbsp. Sriracha (chile garlic paste, or your favorite hot sauce, to taste)
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro (loosely measured)
