- 3/4 cup cornstarch

This was tasty! I left the red pepper flakes out so it was kid friendly, and I served it over steamed rice. There wasn’t a ton of sauce since most just cooked onto the chicken and veggies, so next time I’ll double the sauce since we like things saucy!

Hawaiian Pineapple Chicken is a keeper! Next time I will double the sauce recipe and serve with Jasmine rice.

It was okay. I thought it was a little bland considering everything that went into it. The kids loved it though. I will definitely be making it again but it's not good enough to make it into regular rotation.
