Easy and filling. I added broccoli for extra veggie. Would recommend and would make again!

Great- probably would have been better with using day old rice as opposed to freshly made rice as the rice got a bit mushy, but flavors were spot on and vibrant. I added some Siracha but balance of family had as per recipe- everyone enjoyed the dish.

it was great besides the over cooked rice, definelty cook the rice to very al dente first.
