- 2 lb. frozen meatballs (kept frozen, I used homestyle meatballs, not Italian meatballs since this recipe has such a distinct flavor. I didn’t want the Italian seasonings in the meatballs to clash with the flavors of the recipe.)
- 1/4 onion (chopped)
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 15.25 oz. pineapple slices (drained)
