The ingredients for this recipe are really good. I didn't follow the directions exactly. I added more vegetables which tasted great with the marinade. I added mushroom, zucchini, and squash. I also substituted crushed pineapple to the marinade since I didn't have sliced pineapple. I didn't use the grill but the oven and cooked the packets on 450 for about 25 mins. Because there was so much juice this helped the chicken and veggies to stay very moist. A side of sticky white rice completed this meal for my family.
