- 1 Tbsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional and to taste)
- 1/2 cup raisins (blueberries, fresh or frozen, diced apples, peaches, or mangoes; coconut flakes, optional)
- 1 lb. hawaiian bread
- 1 1/2 challah
- 2 bananas (medium ripe, diced small, about 1 1/2 cups loosely measured banana bits)

Awesome. I just left out the bananas and used the Hawaiian bread. I will never make French toast another way!
