- fresh ground pepper (to taste)
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (for more heat, optional)

- 4 oz. oaxaca cheese (crumbled)
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 12 Tbsp. unsalted butter (cut into ½-inch pieces and placed in freezer for 20 minutes.)
