i made these as an after dinner dessert with honeycrisp apple (because it literally only takes 10-15 minutes to prep or so) and they turned out perfectly!! My family loved them!! This will be my go-to baked apple recipe from now on!

This is an excellent after dinner desert. Easy to make and not super heavy. I used pink lady apples and it was a perfect combo of tart and sweet with the brown sugar. Won’t weigh you down after dinner like most deserts.
