Awesome...my boys loved them. I had to cook them about 5 mins longer then recommend but that might have been my ovens fault. I am definitely going to make them again and try a carrot raisin version.

Just made these. For a gluten-free baked treat they are by far one of the best things I have tasted. I'm going to share these with my friends who can't do gluten.

These muffins are delicious and healthy, ideal for a quick breakfast or a snack to go.
My batch turned out perfect, so I would recommend following the directions verbatim and baking the muffins on the top shelf of the oven. Make sure to squeeze out the juice from the zucchini or else they won't stick together. And since they have bananas and zucchini, I would highly suggest refrigerating them unless they will be eaten within 24 hours. They can also be baked in mass and frozen if you want to save some for later.

This was a winner in my home, which is unusual because if one of my kids likes it, the other usually doesn't. But they both loved it! It is very moist and dense. I did add about 1/2 cup of brown sugar to make it a little sweeter,

Pretty good, wish it was a little sweeter but overall very good and healthy. I would maybe add some stevia just for my sweet tooth fix.
