So good! My six, four and two year old all ate this and loved it! I think I’ll add pine nuts next time for a nutty flavor and a little more crunch.

Turned out okay, the directions to dice everything are quite misleading... “cubed” would be more appropriate. Because I nearly diced the sweet potatoes, they ended up overcooking and turned into a mush, so the end product looked quite unappetizing, but still tasted good.

Really yummy. I topped it off with a sprinkle of feta to add a little salty flavor against the sweet. I’ll make this again! Also, definitely prep everything first as it seemed like there wasn’t enough time to chop while the other things were cooking. So, so good!

Went with recommendations and added apples later. The pecans are a must add. This recipe is full of flavor. Whole 30 adaption, I left out the maple syrup.

Do not recommend putting the apples in early or using frozen Brussels sprouts. It gave the dish a super weird texture. I couldn’t finish it.

Good, no pecans , a little extra maple syrup and mustard. Used ground dark meat chicken

This turned out wonderful. Added some red pepper flakes to give a little heat element. Will definitely make again.

Photo appears to have craisins. Is it the wrong photo or is an ingredient missing from the recipe?

Followed the original recipe to a T and it was amazing! I do want to point out that on the blog it mentions adding dried cranberries into the sauce at the end, but the cranberries aren’t listed in the recipe list on the site or on here. We didn’t have any dried cranberries on hand so we didn’t add them, but this recipe is so flavorful and a great balance of sweet/savory that I don’t think they’re necessary at all!

Made the original recipe with no changes. It was delicious! The whole family enjoyed it.

This took a lot of prep work but was so worth the effort. We served it with Jasmine rice.

really good seasonings. needs a more developed sauce. I used a purple sweet potato for color and added roasted pumpkin to really push the whole "fall" thing. they both worked well!
