- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard (I used Maille)
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt (plain 2%, I used Chobani)
- 2 Tbsp. shallots (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (I used California Olive Ranch)
