- 400 grams tomatoes (cans Ardmona Rich & Thick Classic)
- 1/2 bunch coriander (leaves finely chopped, plus extra leaves to serve)
- 400 grams chickpeas (cans, rinsed, drained)
- 400 grams brown lentils (cans, rinsed, drained)

It still on the stove, finishing to cook but the smell coming out of the pan is divine!
