These were great! I made some major changes. I substituted apple sauce in place brown sugar. After tasting the batter, I decided it wasn’t quite sweet enough and added about a tablespoon of brown sugar. I added walnuts (maybe 1/2 cup chopped) and Chia seeds (about 1/4 cup). I made small cookies that were chewy
