- 1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder
- 2 Tbsp. flax meal
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1 1/2 cups pie pumpkin (cooked, or other winter squash)
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce (or pear sauce)
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips (or chopped bittersweet baking chocolate, because I’m addicted to chocolate, but if you want something more harvesty, try dried fruit or nuts)
