Turned out so good!! I used veggie soy crumbles instead of real meat and it turned out so well! Will definitely make it again. Try it with tabasco sauce it’s amazing!

Delicious! Better than the traditional “goulash”. I would definitely make this recipe again.

This is total comfort food. It's my sons favorite dish, and I've been making it for years.
I often double the recipe and send it to school for lunches. Leftovers are also great for after school snacks.
