Just made this casserole for Saturday breakfast. It was easy to make and my family enjoyed it. I made it a bit more savory by sprinkling sage over the ham and cheese. I also sprinkled dried Italian Seasoning on the top before baking. Very flavorful!

Doubled the recipe and fit perfectly in 9x13 glass dish. Very tastey. Substituted green onions with sweet onions, partially cooked before adding, mozzarella cheese.

Pretty good. Doubled the eggs, did 2 cups ham and 2 cups mozzarella. Great way to use up left over ham.

This was amazing! My kids ate every bite and asked for one with bacon. Second time I made with bacon, I took the salt out of the equation since I sautéed the veggies in with the bacon, I also added garlic powder for a little kick. Kids loved both, but did like the second batch with garlic 😊
