Had almost everything on hand for this one! I skipped the bacon and cream cheese -the things I was missing. Added carrots and extra cheddar. Turned out delicious! Reheated well too. You could easily skip the meat and make this a delicious vegetarian meal!

This was sooooo good! Mine didn’t get very thick but it was still amazing! I added some parsley for a little more flavor.
