Okay, what makes this a 5 star recipe is the Roasted Red Pepper Spread. (A link is in the recipe.) I made these wraps using the spread on Spinach tortillas, with ham & Munster cheese. Great lunch! I omitted the dill. So, as you see, this recipe is very adaptable to what you might have on hand.
