Directions
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
- Peel the potatoes and grate them. Either slowly saute them or microwave them until soft.
- Lightly grease the oven-proof ramekins and add the potatoes. With the back of a spoon, press the potatoes all around the bottom and edges, smoothing them out. Salt to taste.
