Good but it was too much egg/cream mix (I used half and half and only 1 cup instead of a cup and a half) for the pie shell...or maybe I put too much cheese in lol.

This is easy. I have used Canadian bacon a couple of times to change it up. Usually eggs & whipping cream left over so I reduce to 4 eggs and 1 1/4 cup whipping cream. Friends love this quiche!

Great and it was super easy! I skipped sautéing to he had nine and just used onion powder for the flavor
