Totally made again...with some variance like turkey and bell peppers. Family loves it!

My family likes this recipe a lot. A little salty, you can skip the salt if wanted. I add some onions as well.

It was very good. Added onions mushrooms and dill. With a salad and crusty to bread it made a good dinner meal.

When I made it, I used 2 Cup Zucchini- 1/2 cup flour /1cup processed onions- 4 eggs Cheese- 2 Tsp Garlic oil- Processed ham about 1/2 cup-Salt -Pepper- (processed ham and onions were done in the processor )I made them a little runny like pancake batter And deep fried them in garlic oil.
