- 8 slices sourdough bread
- 12 oz. sliced ham
- 8 slices swiss cheese
- 4 tsp. peach preserves
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 1/4 cup half & half
- 4 tsp. butter

Directions
- Place the Smart Oven+ Baking Stone Attachment in oven. Select STONE BAKE mode and preheat to 400°F.
- Spread 1 teaspoon peach preserves on 4 slices of bread. Divide ham between slices of bread and top with 2 slices of swiss cheese.
- Beat eggs and half & half in shallow dish. Quickly dip each sandwich in egg mixture. Turn to coat both sides.
- Place 1 teaspoon butter in 4 corners of Baking Stone where sandwich will be grilled. When butter melts, place 1 sandwich on Baking Stone over melted butter. Grill 4-5 minutes per side.
- Serve immediately.
