    Perfect! I added fresh basil and lemon thyme; substituted half and half for water; had to use frozen broccoli. I have lots of finicky eaters but it went over quite well!

    It was wonderful, but I did tweak it a bit. Instead of 1/4 cup of water...I substituted 1/8 water and 1/8 half and half. I added an additional 1/2 tsp of basil to the 1/2 tsp. of thyme. I added some shredded Monterey Jack to the cottage cheese. And crumbles of a fine goat cheese rather than feta. It was a delightful and simple recipe. I much prefer crust less quiche and with the addition of salad and a good crusty French bread it was a perfect meal.

    This was a hit at our house. I substituted sharp cheddar cheese for the feta, heavy whipping cream for the water and cottage cheese, and used all whole eggs instead of the egg whites to make in more Keto friendly. My husband told me to be sure to add this to the YUM list!

    Very good. I added shredded gruyere cheese in lieu of the feta. Served to guests for brunch with an artichoke tomato spring mix salad.
