- 6 lb. lean ham (cooked and cut into julienne strips)
- 1/2 cup olive oil (or vegetable oil)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 heads garlic (minced)
- 2 qt. mushrooms (sliced)
- 104 oz. cream of chicken soup (reduced fat, reduced sodium)
- 1 1/2 qt. half & half
- 3 cups Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 1/2 lb. spaghetti (whole wheat linguine OR)

Directions
- Heat ham in oil.
- Sauté garlic and mushrooms in butter.
- Stir in cream of chicken, half & half, and Parmesan cheese.
- Stir in ham mixture.
- Serve over cooked noodles.
