- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 200 grams all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 100 grams fruits (– mixed, dates, cranberries or raisins)
- 100 grams mixed nuts (pecan, walnuts, pistachios, cashews)
- 100 grams halva (I used plain but flavored or with nuts works too)
- 120 mL caramel (recipe here – Optional)
- 2 eggs (Large)

- 175 mL canola oil
- 200 grams all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 100 grams dates (mixed fruits, cranberries or raisins)
- 100 grams pecan (Mixed nuts, walnuts, pistachios, cashews)
- 100 grams halva (I used plain but flavored or with nuts works too)
- 120 mL caramel (recipe here - Optional)
